What are Courage Cards?
Courage Cards are collectible awareness cards featuring Courage the Caterpillar and friends. They are hidden in different coloured teams by influencers in Wales and South West England.
Each card represents a real lived experience, such as:
- Neurodiversity
- Rare conditions
- Sensory needs
- Invisible disabilities
They are designed to educate, normalise, and start conversations in everyday places.
These aren’t just cards.
They are stories left in the wild.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Influencers complete a Courage Bingo challenge
Each influencer is given a set of awareness tasks. (follow our TIKTOK to find our influencers)
2. They earn a Courage Card
Once a task is complete, they unlock a physical Courage the Caterpillar.
3. They hide it in the real world
Parks, shops, hospitals, cafés, schools – anywhere safe and public.
4. You find it and scan it and collect the digital card
Follow us on social media to get hints, locations, and updates.
5. Influencers teams rise the ranks when you collect their colour cards.
